2. Services Provided
Oktika provides SEO services (backlink building, Google Business Profile optimization, guest posting), instant URL indexing, website development, web application development, and software products. The scope of each engagement is defined in the individual service agreement or order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are as quoted at the time of order.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: SEO link-building, guest posting, and indexing services are non-refundable once delivered. Web development refunds are considered only when project timelines are not met.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communication in a timely manner, and ensure that any content or assets you provide do not violate third-party rights.
6. SEO Disclaimer
Oktika uses proven, white-hat SEO strategies. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic outcomes. Search engine rankings are determined by Google algorithms outside our control. We guarantee delivery of the agreed service (e.g., number of backlinks, guest posts) but not specific SERP positions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Oktika shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
